Tickets to Vessel are $10 per person and free for New York City Residents on Thursdays when reserved at vesselnyc.com, with proof of ID at entry. Tickets for children age 5 and under are free. All tickets have date and/or timed entry.

WHAT IS THE VESSEL EXPERIENCE?
Created by Thomas Heatherwick and Heatherwick Studio, Vessel is an iconic New York City experience designed to be entered and explored. Enjoy new perspectives and remarkable views of the city, the Hudson River and beyond. We invite you to visit, photograph and explore Vessel.
DO I NEED A TICKET TO ENTER VESSEL?
Yes, tickets are required for everyone visiting Vessel. Tickets for children aged 5 and under are free.
All tickets have date and/or timed entry, with a maximum of 14 tickets per transaction.
HOW CAN I GET TICKETS?
Tickets can be reserved at vesselnyc.com. They may also be purchased at Hudson Yards at any of our ticketing kiosks located in the Public Square and Gardens and within the Shops, or by visiting our Guest Services counter adjacent to Vessel or at the entrance to Edge on Level 4 of the Shops. Tickets are required for all guests and have a date and/or timed entry.
CAN I BOOK FOR A GROUP?
Yes! Group reservations are required for groups of 15 or more. Please contact us at 1-332-204-8500 or inquire about group bookings.
Group reservations must be made 3 days in advance. Group size may be limited per time slot, subject to availability. Some blackout or other restrictions may apply.
One chaperone is required for every 10 guests (ages 0-18). Chaperones must remain with the group at all times and must be older than 21 years to qualify.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF VESSEL?
Vessel hours of operation are 10 AM – 9 PM daily. These hours are subject to change, and the last entry to Vessel is at 8:00 PM.
HOW DOES ENTRY WORK
Your entry time and date are printed on your ticket. Arrive within the entry timeframe indicated on your ticket. Proceed directly to the Vessel entrance and show your ticket to an Experience Ambassador.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ON MY VISIT? HOW LONG DOES A VISIT TAKE?
There are no time limits on your visit. However, during busy periods we reserve the right to impose time limits. We recommend allowing for 30 minutes to your visit to Vessel.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET IF I RESERVED THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
We encourage you to present your ticket on your mobile device, but printed tickets will also be accepted.
WHAT IF I LOSE OR CAN'T PRINT MY TICKETS?
Please refer to your original confirmation email, as the tickets are attached.
If you can’t find your tickets, you can email vessel@hudsonyardsnewyork.com or visit the Guest Services counter adjacent to Vessel on the day of your visit for assistance. Please bring the confirmation number issued to you during the reservation process.
WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

HOW DO I RESERVE TICKETS FOR A TOUR/TRAVEL GROUP?
For groups of 15 or more, please call 1-332-204-8500 or inquire about tour/travel groups.
IS VESSEL OPEN IN POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS?
Vessel is an outdoor activity and is open during normal weather conditions, but we reserve the right to close Vessel during inclement or extreme weather at our sole discretion. Unless we determine to close Vessel, tickets will not be exchanged due to weather. If Vessel or a portion of Vessel is closed due to severe weather conditions, tickets can be rescheduled for a future date. Experience Ambassadors will be available to provide assistance and information.
IS VESSEL APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES?
Vessel is appropriate for all ages. Tickets are required for all guests. Children under 12 must be
accompanied and supervised by an adult during their visit. Tickets for children aged 5 and under are free.
IS VESSEL ACCESSIBLE FOR A PERSON WITH DISABILITIES?
Vessel offers an elevator for those who require it for their visit. Priority access to the elevator is reserved for visitors with disabilities. Vessel offers priority elevator service every 15 minutes to floor levels 5, 7, and 8. Priority access tickets are available for advance reservations. If priority tickets are sold out, you may opt to stand-by for elevator service to accessible floors 5, 7, and 8. Individuals with disabilities who cannot use stairs are given priority in the stand-by line for elevators serving these accessible floors. Wait times for the stand-by line can be extensive.

CAN I BRING MY PET?
Only service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed in Vessel.
CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS?
Clear, plastic water bottles are permitted in Vessel, however, no other food or drink is allowed. Glass
bottles are strictly prohibited.
ARE BABY STROLLERS ALLOWED?
Strollers are not allowed inside Vessel. There is an unmonitored stroller parking area nearby. Items left in this area are at your sole risk. Please hold on to personal belongings.
CAN I BRING BIKES, SCOOTERS, OR SKATEBOARDS?
Bikes, scooters, or skateboards are not allowed in Vessel. There is a bike rack nearby on 30th and 10th Avenue.
CAN I BRING MY LUGGAGE?
Bags and luggage larger than 9 x 14 x 22 inches are not permitted. For security purposes, Hudson Yards reserves the right to inspect any bags. By visiting Vessel, you consent to such inspections.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR USE MY CELL PHONE?
Yes, photography is permitted for private use only.

WHAT IF I LOSE SOMETHING IN VESSEL?
During your visit, please see an Experience Ambassador to report a lost item.

ARRIVAL - WHAT IF I MISS THE ENTRY TIME ON MY TICKET?
If you miss your entry day or time, please see an Experience Ambassador who may be able to accommodate you during the next available entry time. This accommodation is not guaranteed. All refunds are at the discretion of the operator; please see an Experience Ambassador for assistance.
WHAT IF I SHOW UP EARLIER THAN MY TIME SLOT?
We encourage you to explore all Hudson Yards has to offer while you await your entry time. There is no waiting area at Vessel for upcoming entry times.
WHAT IF I NEED ADDITIONAL TICKETS WHEN I ARRIVE?
Tickets are available onsite on a first-come, first-served basis. If you require additional tickets for the same day please utilize our interactive kiosks to obtain the next available day-of tickets or visit the Guest Services counter adjacent to Vessel. There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate additional tickets or that your entry time will have additional reservations available.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT WILL BE CONFISCATED WHEN I GO THROUGH THE SECURITY CHECKPOINT?
No weapons or sharp objects of any kind will be permitted beyond the security checkpoint. Audio or visually distracting items, including, but not limited to, horns, whistles, megaphones, laser pointers, flags, and banners, are not permitted. Bottled water is allowed in a closed container. Any outside food will be confiscated.
Costumes and masks for non-PPE purposes must be cleared by our security personnel on-site. If costumes are deemed inappropriate and/or unsafe, Vessel reserves the right to deny entry or request costume removal.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR SENIORS, STUDENTS OR NEW YORKERS?
We offer free tickets for New York City residents on Thursdays. These tickets are only available online. Tickets are subject to availability and require proof of residency. A maximum of 4 tickets is allowed per transaction.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MEMBERS OF THE U.S MILITARY?
Yes, we offer reduced admission for active and retired members of the U.S. military with valid ID. To book, please contact one of our customer service representatives or call (332) 204-8500. Please note that the discount is not available online.
DO YOU OFFER AN OPTION TO SKIP THE LINE?
We do not currently offer a skip-the-line ticket; however, you can purchase a Flex Admission ticket for $15, which allows you to book a date and visit at any time with flexible arrival.
